A guy I work with was in Vancouver last week. They raped him $1.09 per litre for Chevron 94.

Cost him almost 80 bucks to fill his Mustang!

Yep all the ones around here are up at 82ish - I filled up after the cruise for 75.

Can still get some 70 cent gas if you check before leaving:

well i know what the bastards are doing.. since may long is in a couple weeks they always seem to suddenly up it like 3-4 weeks before instead of the wednesday before the long weekend because people get super pissed if it goes up right before a long weekend but people tend to forget when it goes up 1 month prior..

Could very well be... its straight up ******** when they make you think that 65-70 cents is cheap for fuel.... it should be around 40 cents like it was 7-8 yrs ago....Pisses me off... especially cuz I cant do a thing about it

I'm not at all liking high gas prices, but to be fair, Canada *does* have cheap fuel. Compared to prices in England, which are over $2/litre, we have it made.

Gas prices are a bit fishy in how they go up and done especially near certain holidays or events, however that being said higher gas price make our city and province stronger so really it is not all bad. I never even look at the pumps, pull up, put in card, fill and go I never even check how much it was.
