    Finally after along struggle ......

    Its been a long and hard struggle for my self and family, we moved our house and subdivided the property and started to build two houses. One to sell and one to live in
    we now are able to list one, we did decided to have to staged. I welcome any and all comments

        Love Wildwood. Great choice on appliances - we have very similar Samsung stuff in our house and rental and are very happy with them.

            From my experiences with selling houses, I would not have listed till it was absolutely done. Things like the fence around the property, lack of pathway, film on the windows, etc deters people from putting offers or an adequate offer. Being on the building side, its very tempting to want to list ASAP but I learned not to do it. Other than my opinion (I know realtors are pushing to list quickly) house looks great!
