300,000km!

I'm 200km short of hitting 300,000km on my Zonda CRV. It had 212,00km when I bought three years ago. Everything works except the air conditioning and door actuator on drivers side. It has lost a tiny bit of power but hey its a 2002. But still a great daily (its a manual too).

It got me thinking, what has been the most you have got out of a engine? Or what have you driven that has the highest mileage? (Diesels included). How did the car feel/drive with the high miles?

My 1998 4Runner V6 had just shy of 316,000km when I sold it two years ago. Other than a couple small leaks that I mostly fixed and a dead power lock on the driver's door, it was 100% solid.

I had a 1981 Toyota Cressida that I sold with 450,000km. Next owner took it a little over 500,000 and I'm pretty sure it died shortly after. Hardly did anything to the stupid thing. It had power everything too, and it all worked. Same great little inline 6 that the Supras of the era had.

My 92 8v gti had 390000 km when I parked it. Still ran strong with no issues.

Nice! I hope to get my car up that high.
I took my 2001 Civic that I sold to my brother up to 270. I imagine in a couple of years it'll hit 300. I didn't notice that it ran any differently in the 7 years that i had it, but my dad told me when he drove it to edmonton to give to my brother it was "scary as hell" but my dad is also a baby, so...

My dad had one of these when I was in high school, I drove it a lot in grade 11 right after I got my license, we took her all the way up to 322,000km.

I had a 1985 GTI that I drove to 455,000km.

When I bought my 2001 Jetta TDI in 2005 there was another TDI on the lot that had close to 800,000 on the original block (Northland)

I'm lucky enough that my a4 is the highest km car I've owned.... sitting at 127,000kms. Ive driven my brothers civic that is getting close to 300,000kms though.

Sitting at 287k now on the urs4. She will keep going. I5 ftw.

Rod, 350k in the B5 is crazy. You put a ton of km on that even more then I do on my ur I think.
