  • Un-stretching tires?

Is it safe to use tires that have been stretched on wheels more suited for the intended tire size?

Does the stretch compromise the tire?

The tires in question are 245/35/19's stretched over 10inch wide wheels.

Is it safe to run the same tire after its been stretched on OEM 9" wide wheels?

kidding aside, as everyone here mentioned, Yes, you'll be ok. I swap my tires over from one set of wheels to another all the time. Most recently took off my 225/35 from my 19x9.5 and put them back on my 8's.
