No. Tires need to be picked something like 8 weeks before the races in Europe (14 or something for non-Euro races) so Ferrari wouldn't have known the outcome of the Australia race yet.

Yeah, love him or hate him, Verstappen kept Kimi and the rest behind him for a huge win. Provided it doesn't all go to his head, this could be the start of a big turnaround for RBR.

Turned out to be quite a dull race in the end, track and city look really nice though!

yea i thought the same thing. they didn't really seem to fill the stands and the streets looked deserted also haha! was a really beautiful city though.

Personally, I wasn't a fan. With that said, I think most street tracks suck so this was just another one in my mind. If there was anything I was happy about its that the Championship is getting really interesting for once. Although it'll likely be a Merc driver who takes it, at least 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. are completely undecided. Maybe it's just my bad memory, but it feels more interesting to watch who gets points each race this year because it actually matters for a change. Can't wait for the next race!

Well I think with helicopter shots you don't see too many covers, but they do that here when the are working on a building for a long time but that one does just look like a cover. I still think it looked nice, not sure it is top of my vacation list now, but I would at least think about it.

The whole city is apparently just lip stick on a pig though as they have been just covering the old buildings for a while now.
