As some may know, I recently moved to the States.
My old place just off of Kensington Road is available for rent.
I was happily renting it along with a fellow car guy, Kyle, but the opportunity arose with work and I had to take it.
The main reason we secured a lease on the place was for the garage - what a garage! It is a monster!

- Heated & Insulated
- Tons of power outlets
- Remote Door Openers
- Attic Storage
- Tons of Storage Racks
- Comfortably fits an e36 race car, BMW X5, KTM Bike etc etc with room left over to comfortably work on them all
The house layout is interesting, as the home is essentially a duplex with a shared door between "Kyle's Side" and "My Side".
Each side of the house has it's own full bathroom, fridge, counter tops, sitting room, storage areas etc as well as both separate & shared entrances.
It is the best of both worlds - privacy when you need it, but the convenience of having someone to hold a wrench for you.
The house has all new floors, counter tops, dry wall, windows etc etc.
We are jointly paying $1000/EA per month, which is a steal given that you're in a prime area, in a comfortable house with a great roommate, and a HUGE HEATED GARAGE.
It was a perfect fit for me.
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease which is up in Sept. You can then renew with Kyle.
For clarity - You would be paying $1000/mo excluding utilities which are split.
If you're a euro car guy, this is the dream setup.
Also - The Landlord couldn't be a nicer guy. ZERO stress, never bothers us, and is available by phone whenever.
