Shake under braking would suspect warped rotors/time for brakes?

^ sounds like warped rotors? have you inspected your rotors to see what they look like?

I believe my control arms are due for replacement. But i have this new issue any braking over 60km/hr i get a steering wheel shake and then it goes away under 60. Things to look at? I checked all the wheels bolts and pressures. Not balance though. Is it possible for the control arm bushings to do this?
        Control arms are a possibility.
Brake discs are a possibility (we have a brake grinder at CAW, can make them straight again for you).
I would lean towards a combination of these two ^.

        Wheel balance, not likely.

I think im getting close to due for pads the rotors look fine. They were machined at 68k im at 110k. Should i do rotors when i change pads? The rotors look fine. I use to have a steering wheel shake while driving from 100 to 120 but thats gone, now its while i brake. Its not horrible just noticable in both instances.

If the rotors have already been machined at 68k, id say maybe do them now as well with the pads. Europaparts have some great deals on OEM brembos. I paid $600 USD for two front Brembo rotors from there.

If the rotors have already been machined, odds are they are at or past their wear limit. Only a measurement will be able to tell for sure.
