  • I love potholes

    Hey guys,

Yesterday I drove over a pothole and immediately after that the front left wheel was making a noise. I pulled over and checked, no flat tire or nothing. I haven't jacked it up yet but it makes a loud noise as if the splash guard is lose and it's rubbing. I checked underneath the car and I didn't see anything....could it be a bent wheel or a bearing?? When I drive straight its very loud that you can hear it outside, if I turn my wheels to the right the noise is gone. What could it be? I'm planning on taking off the wheel and putting the spare to see if it's the wheel this morning but if it's not what shop can I get it in today to get it fixed? I need the car fixed ASAP since it's my daily.

I have seen the dust shield get pushed into the rotor as well. We talking about a metal on metal noise, howl?

Well shoot, sorry guys...forgot to update you on this. I took it to Euroworks the next day and my wheel is in fact bent. I've put it on the rear and the noise has gone but I still need to take it to Calgary Wheel repair to get it fixed. One of these days...lol
