  • Polished with Natty's help!

Hi guys after my Detailing post a few weeks ago, and I took up Natty's offer and went to get my car polished today by his co-worker Paul. Great guy! Highly recommend him, did a very nice job with a poorly up-kept paint and interior. 10/10 seriously! Now I just need to get some skinnier tires (215/40/R18) and I should be good to go for the rubbing part.

So if anyone you know is looking for 235/40/R18 tires I have some pretty good ones with lots of tread left. They are Falken tires!

(P.S. still selling my 225/35/R19 tires. 350$ takes the whole deal with the wheels)

Try hitting the taillights with a wet sand up to 2000 then a plastic polish to bring their original shine back. It won't last forever but it will certainly look better then they are currently

Hate to be an ******* however are those the before or after shots? If after then I would say he didn't do a very good job polishing the car. I still see a lot of marring in the paint.

Nah Ginch, its because as you can see in the background my area is extremely dusty, and although I tried to wipe it down with a cloth, it didn't do much as there was so much wind today and dust just stuck on it...

I will try to take better pictures next time!

And I will def try the wet sand and then the plastic polish!

            Thanks for the help

              Re: Polished with Natty's help!

Thanks for the business as well as write up!!

@GINCH the package RAubry chose fit well into his budget and included an interior clean as well as basic exterior detail. With that being said we do the best work we can for any given package and always include little extras.

This particular package would not create perfection on the paint as I would need a few hours to make that happen

                Re: Polished with Natty's help!

Don't wipe dust off of a freshly polished black car lol
I'm sure the pictures don't do it justice.
And also natty makes a good point. Probably should have included that in the write up but I spent 5 odd hours polishing my gti a couple weekends ago and I'm not even close to happy with it lol.
Going to have to put a few more hours in before driven for sure.
