Alright, after some reflections, I am going to keep my car when the lease is over. It's the smart thing to do and it'll help me save up for what ever I have in mind later.

    For the question now:

I was coocoo in the head and bit a tad too much for what my car can take. I got 18x8.5 et35 for my car with 235/40/R18. After some research, people are split 50/50. Some say its ballsy but would look awesome, some say not do-able.

I've always been on the conservative side with the car but now I want to actually attempt that set-up. I understand I'm going to have to change a few things like roll my fenders and do the screw delete from the front arches. Now my question is what's the price I have to expect to roll the fenders and do the small screw delete?

I am lowered on Coilover ST, but not all the way down in the front. I had the car raised up last summer since I was constantly rubbing with my 19x8 et 40 with 225/35/R19..

( Might seem dumb question but will rolling my fenders scrap the paint job )

    Thanks for bearing with me..

Not if you take your time and keep the paint hot so it is flexible. Patience and digital heat gun helps with this.

That's reassuring. Now I am assuming there are a lot of pro's on here which do an amazing job! Anyone want to help me out?

Edit I just found this website out:

Your better off getting new tires and dropping down to a 215/40 rather than making the 235/40 work. Only reason I say this is because of the +35 offset

I know my MK7 is similar in fitment to a MK6 and I have 235/40 on a 8.5 and its close all around, especially the front and my offset is +45
