  • So I got my oil changed at the dealer...

Came down to my car the next morning and two huge oil stains under my car.

I just got a note from my condo board that I need to have it cleaned, any suggestions? It's an underground spot, no water or anything available.

What a freaking pain in the ass!

I just went down to scout it out, and opened my hood, I was told they cleaned up my engin bay also, yeah it's a freaking mess also :( .

Take pics to the dealer and tell them to clean their sh*t. That's garbage.

How far in are you from the entrance? I get called to clean up these mistakes every once in awhile. You could use kitty litter to try and absorb the oil. Floor dry from princess auto, or any other automotive store is a good start as well. Put it on the stain and grind it into the floor to help lift the oil out. First application sweep off, then leave some extra on the ground over night. This is what I tell people to do that call me when these types of things happen and I can't make it out quickly. I rarely hear back from them which typically means it worked fairly good. I own/operate a steam/pressure wash company and gets calls for spills regularly.

Thanks Ben, I'm pretty much the furthest away from the door!

I can honestly say that in my 40years I have never once bought kitty litter lol.

Get the dealer to come clean it up . Back when I worked at Valentine Volvo, they sent me out to Canmore to clean up an oil stain caused by one of the technicians.

I'll pop in this morning and show them the letter and see what they're response is Mitch....I have to get it cleaned up for you! I know you won't want to be working in filth next month
