Motorcycle shipping

Hi everyone!
I'm firming up a deal to fix one of the biggest mistakes I ever made, selling my old motorcycle. I've managed to find the exact model I parted with just over 2 years ago and best of all, it's in Canada which means I don't have to go through all the RIV stuff again this time around.

Anyway - I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for motorcycle shipping.
I've used motorcycle shippers.com previously and they were fantastic. They have specific bays for the bike on the trucks they use/contract and they delivered my bike extremely quickly. However, I'm a bit blown away by the $1000 quote they gave me to get my new bike from Ontario to Calgary.

Nick, i'm not sure if Motorcycle shipping would be any less than car shipping, but I paid that much to ship my E30 from Nanaimo. Granted it had to go on the ferry which probably added some costs, but i've talked to people who have shipped cars from Ontario and they were all around the $1000-$1200 mark so it might not be that unreasonable.

Unfortunately I cant recommend any actual motorcycle shippers to you. Good luck with it!
