  • Construction contractor recommendations

I'm looking to get my basement finished and was wondering if any of you have used or could recommend a contractor that does good work for a decent price. I've gotten a few quotes from companies ranging anywhere from $13,000 to upwards of $30k. I'm not afraid to spend the money if it's done right, but, would like to at least hire a company someone has dealt with before. Especially after hearing some horror stories.

    Thanks!

I'm a general contractor and do this sort of stuff. I'm quite tied up until like February.
