Lol yeah it was getting good...I did manage to get the original thread unlocked so I can still post in it for the time being.

Apparently Oemplus is now down to a one man operation.

I did this last month Oct 13 I filed and Oct 17 I recived a credit on my card.

Yesterday I got an email from my CC Company saying that Oemplus had provided new evidence and that unfortunalty I would see the original charge again on my next billing cycle.

I called in to find out what the evidence was and they couldn't tell me. I have to wait for a hard copy letter from them with the info. My fraud rep told me this is part of the process and Oemplus is more then likely blowing smoke.

I'll post an update when I know more. I thought I was done with this a month ago but I guess not!

Sadly in the real world the police can't (won't) do anything. File a report and that's about it. Unless it was a larger scheme they wouldn't even investigate. Most small time things are "buyer beware". However if saying you'll contact the police works then awesome and go for it. For this situation though since the company is in the states the RCMP don't have jurisdiction. Sometimes you gotta spend time and more then what you lost to get your money back, unless it's really worth sticking it to the company most people say f it.

AZ has always been like that. The mods play favs with company's that pay more. I remember a time when SSAC was getting a lot of attention with there complete exhaust for 1/4 of awes exhaust. AWE bitched and SSAC was booted from AZ as a advertiser. AZ is more about the money then the forum members. That's why I tend to stay away from there now.

Good to see the thread was unlocked and people can be informed now. I've never ordered from oem+ and sure as hell won't start now. I hope they loose there advertising with AZ but that's not likely.

Your credit card company should not let them charge you until you have the product in hand. After all even if "something" was sent, at htis point there is no guarantee it's the item you wanted.

                  Lol thanks, that really helps.

I'm just going through the process, and them charging me again since the retailer provided them with "new" info is apparently part of the process.

I don't have the caps. I have an email from Oemplus stating that I'm not getting them so I will get my money back after I jump through these hoops.

I started this thread so that others could see what kind of scum bag company Oemplus is and that you might want to find another company to avoid the hassles I'm currently experiencing.
