Funny warranty request

My neighbour is a service manager at a local VW dealer. He had a customer come in for a repair because when he rolled down his window after the rain, and rolled it up again, the window was still wet. His expectation was that the window sill was a miracle squeegee or something. Or perhaps some in-door window drying device.

Pretty rediculous... I don't think I would do well in a customer service role. Lol.

This is exactly why I'm thankful everyday to be all alone in my little cubicle, with a monitor in front of my face for 8 hours a day
and no interaction with the general public!
