Mountain Biking!

Well I did a search, last thread was 2 years old... so time for a new one.

What do you ride? Where do you ride it? I know a bunch here do ride.

This is my 2011 Giant Reign 2.



Day to day is around the river valley in Edmonton, trying to get up to 60k a week or more right now... work and reno's seem to be messing with that.

Did Silverstar last year, so far my favorite haha - done a lot of single track around Banff as well though.

I'm just getting into mountain biking more and more. What's the best place to look for good trails? I'm looking to go to the end of 22x area, moose mountain.

I have a kona blast, nothing exciting but a good place to start. I ride mostly in fish creek as it's close to home and I don't have much spare time.

I used to have a devinci 8 flat 8, loved that bike totally regret getting out of the downhill riding.

I just rode cop, moose mountain, did kicking horse a couple times.

I currently have an old 8flat8.
Also have an Epic for XC
Then a Tarmac for Road stuff
A steel Masi single speed for around town
Globe Daily 1 for groceries
Either going to pick up a Stumpy Evo or an Altitude next year.

Been to Fernie, Silverstar, Swansea, COP, this season. If my car decides to suck less then I'm going to hit up Panorama in a week or two.

I have a Jamis Dakar that I really should ride more often. I've been thinking of trading for a hardtail lately though as now I do more street riding than trails.

I just started riding this year, been doing cop quite a bit and kananaskis back trails once.

I just own a norco rival. I'm thinking I'm going to up grade to a full suspension next year.

I have not rode for a while, kids suck the life out of you. When I do ride I like the trails out out in Kananaskis. I roll a specialized enduro comp FSR.

I use to ride a lot of dh before I started school. Going to be going back once I am done. Favorite spot has got to be whistler

I ride a specialized demo 7 and lots of my riding is in BC Whistler(still my fav), Silverstar kicking horse and mount 7 in golden. Harper mountain and the bike ranch in kamloops. There should be included Frontier lodge in nordegg where I used to work and
ride alot

I also do a lot of riding here in Edmonton. Both single track and paved trail. I'm always up for more people to ride with here in YEG.

Ride mainly DH on a SantaCruz VP Free frame with everything else 2013-2014 parts

The XC rig is a 2009 giant Traance x2

i don't do any mountain biking at all but i do like to ride my velosolex around a bunch. if it's down, i have an OG rocky mountain blizzard to ride.
