    Things are looking up racetrack wise Badlands should be breaking ground in the spring (Drumheller) and the track out near Osoyoos just got the go ahead from the local indian band (110 year lease)

        Anything under 11 hours drive is closer for us.

          Like Rod... I'm still hopeful for something like RMP close to Calgary. Considering the pace that things are moving... 2020 anyone?... I figure I might actually own a track-worthy weapon at least by then. LOL

            I honestly doubt 2020, it isn't a lack of people that want this, or even an inability to fund this, it is an issue of Calgary and it's surrounding municipalities not allowing the change of the land use from agriculture to motorized recreation. That was the downfall of the RMP bid, the municipality turned down their request and listed things that they needed to address or change in their bid, and they did not , simple as that

                  The MD of Rockyview opposes vehemently the approval of new development projects that affect in any way their status quo. I've seen projects delayed for years and years because of this.
