I agree they are good guys there. They did up the cabby pretty good last year even with how low it was.

Thanks again to Chad and his team, he took the time to get things right.

I have had a bit of a shimmy for a while with 2 different sets of wheels and 2 sets of tires. Three other tire shops said sorry, that's just the way it is, you need suspension parts or your wheels are not true, but nobody took the time to test drive the car to verify the problem or look deeper into it. Chads shop didn't mess around, they first test drove the car to see what the situation was, then again to verify that they had fixed the problem. It was a pleasure to pick up the car knowing the problem was solved.

Side note, tire shops that specialize in heavy truck tires don't fuss about a vibration like the euro guys do.

I took my car into Chad after I had suspected our local shop in Sundre had bunked a wheel balance for me. Chad was awesome, fit me in on short notice and did all four wheels even though I'd only asked for the front two. Top notch service.

I literally just saw this thread this morning. Went to get my wheels wrapped in fresh new tires and smaller as well so I would stop rubbing. Just happened to fall on this shop because it was the closest one around my place. Chad was awesome, and the price was more than fair. Now my car doesn't rub at all. Great service!!

Wanted to share a good-feel story about Chad and his team going above and beyond the typical "good customer service" experience.
Long story short - purchased a new set of winter tires through Kal Tire which were causing the steering wheel to pulsate quite a bit no matter how many times the tires were rebalanced or rotated front/back etc. Chad ended up ordering an entire new set of winter tires and booked his best guy for an entire day to make sure the tires were not causing any vibrations no matter how long it took to perfect!
