Just got my wheels media blasted, I need to remove the texture off of the aluminum, I can machine sand off the faces but the side of the spokes will just take way too long to do by hand. Any quick and easy ways around it?

Re: Removing texture off of media blasted wheels
A band file sander would work fast but would be fairly aggressive.

Jerry I have a Dremel multi max that you could borrow. That may work.

Re: Removing texture off of media blasted wheels
Thanks for the offer but I have a Dremel, I don't prefer it because it doesn't cut the texture very even, yeah I'm getting all of the texture off so I can polish itCurrent Fleet
