I was wrong about the intersection, it's John Laurie and Brisebois Drive. I emailed the adjuster, I'll keep you posted with how it goes and what kind of response I get. In the meantime here's a video of a car going over the frost heave, watch the right lane. I attached this video to my email, hope that helps. I also did not see any signs near the area regarding a rough road.

When you drive over that heave you make your can look like a mexican low rider on the cheap.

Hmm I drive through John Laurie at least three times a week in both directions, I have never ran into that frost heave, however the ones by nose hill park is insane, but I've never scraped. There's also some pretty brutal ones on shanganappi near UofC, scraped pretty hard..

That's the exact one he's describing. Haha.
I drove over it last week in the work rig and the asphalt seems to be splitting/forming a peak right in between the two lanes. If you were lane changing at that spot it would be sure death.
