Deerfoot at stony trail (old 22x) southbound has some Huge frost heaves .. Signs slow you down to 70k .

Saw a semi take those frost heaves a week or so ago doing about 110km/h. Huge thud and banging as the trailer landed back down, feel sorry for whoever's stuff was in the truck. I slow down to 70 in the volvo even because it is terrible

Crowchild (both west and east bound) between Dalhousie and Brentwood is getting bad for frost heaves. I counted 15 in the way into work this morning.

Saw a little hyundai's rearend bounce in the air and he almost lost control when it touched back down. He was doing like 130km/hr though lol.

Went to my parents place last night in the NE for family dinner. Mcknight Blvd from Deerfoot to at least Barlow is brutal in both directions.

Edmonton is also unbelievably bad now that all the snow is melting. Sooo many potholes and frost heaves. Eveyone I know that has tried to make a claim hasn't been successful. Don't know how it is in Calgary but I wouldn't be suprised if the story is similar.

Henday to Yellowhead out to sherwood park?? If so that road is deadly.

And that is Alberta Transportation highway, none of the Henday is owned by Edmonton.

Yessir. That's the Yellowhead E to Henday S ramp.

Didn't realize that about the Henday until receiving the second letter from the city stating it was a provincial issue.

My 18" winter wheels survived the impact somehow.

Scared to put 19's on now.

Thanks for all the responses! I got a call yesterday from the claims department, the tone I got from the guy was "you are a fraud, stop wasting our time", so I imagine this won't be easy... I know there is signage westbound, I didn't see anything eastbound. I remember seeing a thread on here about bad roads and where they are located, maybe it's time to revive it haha

People tend to believe you more when you show them pictures. Take a bunch and send them to the person.

Anyone watch the news, a guy bent two rims or something. The city is taking no responsibility cause it was a new road that is still in the developers hand, It must be turned over to the city for it to be there problem.

No excuse for the other 95% of CITY roads though lol
