    I finally swapped over to my winters, and one of my reverse LED bulbs stopped working so took that all apart again... just to find out that the bulb had fallen out. :/

      I drove through a blizzard last night to go to Medicine Hat to pick up my winters. I'll put them on tomorrow.

        Apr head studs, e-brake cable, rotate the tires, car is on the road again!

          Finally got my winters put on after refinishing the rims.
          How they started, they are only a few years old but started peeling almost immediately:

          Stripped, cleaned and finished in satin black with matte clear on the faces:

                    I got parts for the 528 today from pick n pull. nearly perfect M-tech wheel, M5 tails and trailing arm. Will be putting
                    it on the car soon hopefully.

                      Lets not us a cable clutch anymore they said.

                      These Hydraulic clutches will be much better they said.

                      Lets put them inside the bell housing so you have to take the car apart too while we are at it.

                      Fing morons stupid hydraulic clutch!

                          Well since it was a total of 10 bolts and about 4 hoses to completely separate the car into 2 pieces it's still about 1 million times easier to work on than the S4.
                          But it would have been even easier if it was a cable clutch as it wouldn't be leaking in the first place.

                                Our B8 A4 failed step one oil consumption test, dropped it off at Royal Oak Audi today....for new pistons and rings! Met parts Erik, good guy!
