Both times i have gotten my shells towed away they charged me. The car is stripped down to just the frame and they don't get a ton of money for it. Usually between $50 and $80. I used Metro Towing and they took it directly out of my garage on the rolling frame that i have (you can borrow if you need to roll it out)
