Because what is happening is the grease is spitting out of the boot and killing the joint, all that it would take is maintenance of adding grease and the joints wouldn't overheat. Being static low tears through boots which raxle uses a much thicker boot that isn't prone to breaking/leaking.

And they got lifetime warranty less headache more money is all good with me!
