Hey guys I think I almost got scammed on vortex this week. A member called volks1961 is selling a mint MK5 GLI wheel for only $325, I offered him $250 and paid him on paypal five days ago, during this period I have asked him multiple times about whether the wheel is shipped or not, then today he bumped his FS thread in the canadian classified section.
I thought that this isn't right so I decided to figure out the truth with my buddy 8vRAGE from Vancouver. Then volks1961 pmd my buddy to send money to his paypal account, so my buddy told him I paid five days ago then I sent this to volks1961, and I told him the truth.

Sorry Jerry family emergency had to leave but know I'm in Montreal with your steering wheel, I will ship the wheel from here tomorrow which will avoid custom delays and you should get it faster.
Do you guys think this is legit or should I just report on paypal? I'm thinking to trust him right now because I checked his previous sell threads and they seem like a "clean deal" to me.
