Don't know how busy he'll be with flood cars and what not, but as far as private guys go, Billy's Towing 870-0407. Billy is a good guy. He has towed my a couple times. He is the room mate of one of my co-workers. It is not a deck, but that shouldn't be an issue for a Cherokee. In my experience, his price was fair.

Used Billy's towing great guy to chat with and did a great job .. Put the jeep in the perfect spot I wanted .. Thanks for all the suggestions .
