cell phone firmware upgrade?

    cell phone firmware upgrade?

    my wife is using a Samsung SG2 from rogers on bell and I have been trying to upgrade the firmware with Kies but it is just not working. I do not want to mess with Odin because I just do not have the experience. Does anyone know anyone in town that can upgrade the firmware for me as I really do not want to send it away to Samsung to have it done.

    ya it can be a pain in the ass, make sure the driver is installed properly. You could always drop by and try it on my PC as I have a GS2. I am in the NW.
