Race city is gone, what drag racing events are folks thinking of doing this summer?

I need a place to go (apart from Vancouver) and show off with the golf/z3/alpina (maybe). And I need to race against some 2.slows, 2.5's and 1.8T's to see what we do in comparison....

Anything else closeby and a potential "event" where a few of us can go?

I was thinking of if anyone who has been waiting all winter who is itching is going to go to a early run or opening season thing.

Friday nights starting in may castrol has their version of secret street. They were supposed to open next Friday but winter is being a rear as$hole this year.
