  • What was the one that got away?

People are very passionate about the cars they drive. We are all enthusiasts so it is understandable. The question is what is the one that got away? The car in your history that you would love to have again. I have been lucky to own a lot of unique cars over the years but there is one, my first car, that I would love to find again.

Mine was a 1969 Beetle Wolfsberg Edition. Green with real wood trim on the interior, lots of chrome, quirky semi automatic stick. It wood be cool to own one again.

Most definitely my MCoupe.... I still find myself wanting that car back.

It definitely wasn't the fastest car I've owned, but it was the purest drivers car. Just such a great driving experience. I could honestly see myself owning one again in the future.

1973 Mercedes 280se. Should have bought it. It's being taken care of better now though.

1972 Jensen interceptor 3. Super rare and was just an awesome car in general.

Probably had some of the most fun driving a beat up 1981 VW Cabriolet.

Cayman S is second for sure, I am already missing it.

Mk4 Jetta was fun for all of the mods and work I did on it.

I will love it until I can't anymore and then you can take care of it.

                    Neighbour had a white one.

Rolled it avoiding a gopher on the road.

91 350SDL with new crate motor (the original engine bent rods, the updated motor corrected this issue).
Flagship w126 diesel. Car was mint.

The car was in the states, importing vehicles wasn't common at the time. Passed on it. Ughhhhhh

1960s karmann ghia coupe, it was for sale at an amazing price, but I just didn't have a place to park it...

                              Looked like this one
