I am thinking about changing all my interior lights to led, is there anything to look for or stay away from? I know all the sizes for my Jetta and all bulbs can be had for $1 a piece from China where as most of the kits are 50+ for the 10 bulbs needed.

I'd just get the 42dd design ones to be honest. I've had those ebay ones before and they are very cheaply made (duh). Most will break when you push them into the housing. I am sure that you can find better quality ones on ebay though. -

I got some from concept 1 (can't remember what brand) 5 died and when I removed them they were all rusted and corroded on the interior circuit board after @ 1.5 yrs.12 Volvo XC 90

when I worked in the electrical wholesale industry a few years back, we ordered all of our LED's from superbrightleds.com, no major complaints, decent product with good pricing.Comment
