A Z06 has a bigger, more workable trunk vs. GT3

GT3 has the better stigma IMO.

IMO, the GT3 has a better interior.

not my purchase old man is picking up summer car trying to lean him toward the GT3 but somewhat local availability is a bit of an issue.

The Z06 isn't that easy to get either. Only found one locally by browsing:

How SD Suzuki ended up with a Z06 and that Porsche is beyond me.

He has found a 2007 Ron Fellows edition ZO6 in Alberta already and one in Van

i would lean towards the porsche, is a 2006+ too much out of the price range? 2004-2005 have the nasty headlights.
does he want an auto or the manual?

corvettes are a dime a dozen in alberta it seems, before i moved here from central BC, when i saw a corvette i was so amazed, now its just another car. But when i see a porsche i still get that feeling of a little kid seeing the car that used to be on his walls growing up in real life and all i can do is stare and wonder what body parts i can sell on the black market to afford one.lol.

Go GT3, has the same motor as the GT2 and Turbo just N/A, so forged internals and no IMS issues. Plus it is just awesome.
