Well I have not really made any purchases lately, I struck out on the above NBs in a bunch of spots so it was a no go.

I did however grab these Supreme x Vans Power, Lies and Corruption Eras last week that should serve me well in the summer. The design is a little over the top but I like it and it is a nod to a New Order album cover which is a classic to many.

Those are awesome.

as some of you may or may not know, i run my family business, alberta boot co.

we mostly make western boots but i also hand make the odd short lace up shoe/boot






thats what i am wearing when i am not in my collection of nike air max 90s haha

Damn those Chinese new years Adidas are crazy!! I like the hanging jade lolol and Ben those boots you're wearing look amazing!! Such craftsmanship I like it!!!

I just bought those new balances in purple and green!! Saw them in the Holt Renfrew catalogue..should have never looked haha

How much do those NBs run in Canada these days, some just seem to be so pricey here, but still need to grab a pair and waiting on the new spring Asics Gel Lyte III colours to arrive and see how they look in person.

For boots I rock these from time to time!

got mine for 160+gst/pair. everywhere i looked seemed to be at that price. I know in the States they're 140.

Those brown 576s run £110.00 here and the US made 1400 (similar to the J Crews) are £150.00 so I guess not crazy far off, plus the prices here include VAT of 20%.

New Supreme X Comme Des Garcons Vans dropping today but not sure I have the funds or time to grab a pair.

I ordered a new pair of shoes this week, the Paris colourway of the Nike Roshe Run Mid City Pack. I am not totally sold on the look of the Roshes but I hear they are super comfortable so I thought I would try a pair for regular walking duties and this was my favorite colour combo of the 4 releases.

Well I love the postal system here so my shoes arrived less than 48 hours from ordering for normal shipping costs! Took the Roshe's for a quick walk today and pretty happy with how they feel so far!

Unlike the 575's, the 576's are made in England - $220 from Vancouver NB store.
Actually, I think they might be one of the only pairs made in the homeland.

Those Supremes have not come out yet, supposed to be June the matching clothing did come out, just not the shoes. I think I will maybe line up for them, depending on the timing, I like the blue and red Eras.

Looks like we need to trade some Made in England NBs for some Made in the USA as each is cheaper in their respective locations.
