Thanks for all the good words of support.
I have a lot of friends who now have babies, I used to think the child seats were overkill, but someone has done the homework and I can see how it's essential when you punch a car sideways across 3 lanes of traffic.
I got a 2012 Jetta as a rental, it's no MK4, but still better than most rentals.Comment
