“Why is it that rain or shine, these little maggots drive their shitty little Volkswagen's & Honda's, shooting sparks & creeping over the smallest speed bumps ? They are everywhere I go, to add to that, loud un-bearable bumping rap music and custom exhausts that literally shake windows going down the road. Some of them think they are race-car drivers, think it's okay to weave in and out of traffic at high speeds! Everything is a race to the mall.
I have also found out, that when these kids smash their oil pans from being too low, they blame the city and surprisingly usually get it paid for. No more.
Well, it's time to put a stop to this. I have sent letters to every city here in NW Oregon & I now have a group that will begin calling in these little bastards. I also have under my wing, some people that used to be into this same activity, so we even have packets to hand out. With lots of things to look out for and even quite a few cars on our "watch" list already.
As well, we would also like you to tell us if someone in your community has what seems to be a "junkyard" of certain cars, maybe a house where kids are working on cars a lot and people are coming and going."
