I knew a guy that made his own to look like those. Look up cragar sst or something. Obviously not those but I bet those guys copied a cragar. Whoever they are.

Pretty crazy setup. On the Bugatti the rears are 18x12's. No way that would work, so he bought 4 fronts (18x9's) and then had them drilled.
