Hey Ryan, just to shed some light. There are 3 parts to "Hanging" the exhaust. There is a piece welded to the car, a piece welded to the exhaust and an O-ring (usually rubber) that connects the 2 this prevents vibration and what not. What they are saying is you might be able to get a slightly longer rubber o-ring to bring it down (I would only do that as a temp. solution tho). That might give you enough for that 1/2 inch.

There is a good minute muffler that has done a few quick jobs for me (And Simon L.) they aren't in the greatest neiborhood but they do good work and they can usually take you right in. It's on 17th ave. and 52nd (I know, the area, but good work and quick).

        Hope that helps Ryan
        Jay

hahaha.. we can always do a lunch run into crowfoot

i'm bringing my wheels and tires to C1 friday to get them installed/balanced

they told me to go to a muffler shop about my tips so i'm gonna get some prices today and then check the hangers tonight and go from there i spose

minute muffler in crowfoot said to stop by this afternoon 20-30 bones.. thats cheap.. if they have time today i'll get them to lower it today and ride around with a stupid looking ghetto exhaust for a few days.. ..

I would wait until you have the valance on there so they can line it up perfect with the cutout rather than get them lowered and find out you have to go back and get it raised, or even lowered some more.

Yeah, I gave it a front-end makeover tonight. 4mo valence fresh from Rudy's, FK grill, clear pizzy markers, and eyelids. Since I've been driving it around the NW lately, I can't get over how this thing turns heads! It simply catches people's eyes on the road .... I think my neighbors are starting to think I run a chop-shop though

Yeah, I didn't think (and neither did they) that all these dubs would go flooding in there that same week They really like you guys though, and totally go out of their way to make sure we're all happy. I also really like the fact that one of their painters is a dub addict as well and used to work for VW in B.C.
