But since there is no race wars here, you can definitely find a few for $15000 if you're patient and search around. I got mine 2.5 years ago for 16k with 42000 miles. They are out there, just gotta look and be patience

Early 2.0t a3's weren't offered with quattro at all here.
              Buying a 3.2 tt over a 225 1.8t isn't a good idea
              I say b6 or b7 a4 avant with a 6 speed though

Re: Saying goodbye to the 2.0

yes, i will only be getting an a3 if it has quattro. the early a3 only came with a 3.2L quattro (dsg) they other two were a 2.0T fwd manual and dsg. i saw there are a few b6' for sale that are close to my price range.

for some reason i want my next car to be white too :P

1.8t's are pretty bulletproof engines. I think you can still run a frankenturbo and supporting mods with stock rods(correct if wrong) which is the perfect size for good power and daily driving in my opinion.

None of the cars he's looking at besides maybe the Tt has a 1.8t.

                      I still vote r32 or s4.

Umm b6 a4 and tt both have a 1.8t and he was looking at both. I was making my suggestion just like you which to my knowledge is allowed here.

Yes and No. Both the R32 and the A3 are based on the Haldex AWD system, where as the other Audi's are based on the Torsen AWD system. Quattro and 4motion are just Audi and VW's way of naming the AWD of their cars.
