And yes they are planning to hit Edmonton for a few days haha. They are going to stay here for at least a week.

                      Re: Calgary Tourism

Aussie's have issues with cold; my best friend and his wife came from Sydney for a year to Calgary and she would not get out of a down parka for the first 3-4 months, even inside, pretty funny!

I think most of the best ideas have already been covered, mountains for sure, trendy Calgary spots and the zoo for sure! Hope they enjoy the trip!!

Fact: Calgary has the best Chinese food next to HK/China itself. I can guarantee you that, especially when Hongcouver is near us. YYC Chinese food is THAT good.

People seem to overlook this fact haha.

Also, let them have a Ceasar; a Calgary-only drink! I tried ordering one in Mexico and I had the quizzical "WTF, is this esse high?" look.

If you've ever had Chinese food in both places, I bet you that Calgary has more +'s than -'s compared to Vancouver.

Vancouver is more known for fresh fish and rain, really.

I used to live in Van, overall their food is better.

I have lived in TO as well, and their food is better.
