The more interesting development will be to see if HTC and Samsung can have the iPhone 5 pulled from the shelves due to copyright infringement. (And the latest gen iPad) Sounds like this patent is a little more involved then a rectangle with rounded corners as well.

According to osxdaily.com the iPhone 5 is twice as fast as the 4S, which was twice as fast as the iPhone 4.

i played with one today. the are really really light compared to my 4.. it almost felt like it was fake.. id have to get used to how light it was..

Yeah, the maps app is crap. I was hoping that they would've improved it since the first beta, but nope!

I think I'll order an iPhone 5 when my contract is up in 5 months (I think)

Since the dock is different on the new phone (smaller), I wonder of Apple or some other company will make a dock converter so that the iphone 5 can still be used with large dock accessories?

I just bought a Bose ipod music player not too long ago and now I can't use an iphone 5 to play music. FML

Disclaimer: Tt doesn't work with all accessories. They also made a micro usb adapter to get around the EU laws too.

The Panorama feature is pretty awesome! I've used many computer programs and apps that "stitch" photos together but this one takes the cake! You can't even tell AND the flamingo's and Penguin's were all moving yet the picture shows no movement distortion and blurring. One point apple!

The lawsuit wasn't about the iPhone 5...besides congrats on finally getting 4g and LTE and requiring another adapter to use your docking station items
