Where do you guys service your bikes?

Been getting back behind the bike (mountain bike) this season and noticed the bike needs a major service. Where do you guys go? Thinking of COP just cause its close to my house and rates seem reasonable.

Or any shops to stay away from?

I like Lifesport for my bike service...

Calgary Cycle has the reputation... but twice the wait and twice the price...
