Thanks everyone, I am pretty overwhelmed getting things sorted at the moment, but really cannot wait to get there and get settled and start enjoying it all. Plus a warm winter sounds like a fun change!!

Keep sharing the tips and of course whenever anyone is over get in touch! I have a couple of toy people there helping me out already with things and taking me around on my two trips so far this year. There is a Michelin 1 star Cantonese place 4 doors down from our house, so looking forward to getting into the food more, plus kitchens are pretty basic there, our oven is a counter top model, so eating out more will be the way I think.

Not sure if you are still on Beyond at all, but Tomco PDR's family is/was in the Toy manufacturing business in China/HK...he is a super friendly guy and always up for a chat.
