Has anyone tried any of the new food trucks downtown?
I've tried a few so far, they're alright but a tad pricey!

alley burger is awesome.. not that bad for pricing i found
        perogie boys is good too

just follow them on twitter or facebook to see where they are at.. i luck out and they are usually where my clients are so i snag alley burger every other week

use the eat street app too for other ones that register with it.. but it also finds stupid hotdog carts.

Had some Red Wagon on the weekend. They do Montreal Smoked Meat, stuff was delicious.

Alley burger handed me a 3/4 raw burger. I didn't find out until I got back to the office and chowed down 1/4 of it to see that the rest of the burger was pink. I tweeted them twice with the picture, no response even though they use twitter every day. So **** them, never again.

I've tried several others, but way too overpriced for what you get.

I would rather go to a good old fashion burger bus that has been there for 15+ years. You know that their food is good and well priced because even with being in such a remote location they have managed to stay open for that long

X2 for Rocky's Burger Bus. I always suggest them instead of Peter's and revel in the looks I get, as I I have three heads.

Here in Edmonton, Drift (108 St 4x/week, and Churchill Square 1x/weekly) and Nomad (102 St) get good reviews.

Rocky's is good, great meat tenderness, falls apart in your mouth. Even better is Bubba Louis on the corner of 3rd and 51st ave SE.

I can't remember exactly what I ordered but it wasn't pork. My gf and I ordered the same burgers with different toppings. I took pictures of her cooked one and my raw one. It was basically like they had my patty half sitting on the grill and the other half sitting on top of another patty. I had 3 bites of the burger, first two bites were cooked, third bite was funky, spat it out, inspected the burger and it was raw as hell. I lifted the bun and you could see that the remaining portion wasn't even cooked.

I'll try to dig through my pictures and post it if I still have it.
