Computer Help Video Issues

Just wondering if anyone could help me out as it is driving me crazy. I am trying to watch the Euro matches on my laptop (with paid subscription) and I cannot get the video to work only have audio in the pop up player. I am also having lots of flash related issues in Firefox 13, so I thought Google Chrome might help me and for sure less flash issues but still not video in the player.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate and I have nearly the same setup at the office and the player works there no problem but on this laptop just a black screen where the video should be, no controls nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.

I too have had issues with flash video on FF, IE & Chrome. Could not really nail down the problem. But it eventually starts working again.

Try looking for an update to the flash player.
