Well my first real downhill was an experience . . .. lol ... i decided the best way to get over your fears is get good and hurt on your first run .. check ..mashed up my shoulder pretty good trying to smooth out a rough spot on the hill . any ways after we realized how the trails worked everything went awesome . it was really hard to pull back on handlebars with 1.5 arms but was well worth it . got a total of 7-8 runs and a great night at the bar in town (the northern)

Had a killer long weekend, we went out to golden 2 weekends ago to ride kicking horse, and ran into meyers. Before that we had done a little recon trip up mt.7 to take a look at dead dog a trail that runs down the fall line right at the top.
Decided wednesday we needed to hit it up, so thursday afternoon packed up my buddies truck with some camping gear and headed out to golden.
Set up camp on the top of the mountain for the night, literally felt like we were on top of the world looking down on golden.
were treated to a full moon that night
And got to do a little riding as well.
Will post pics and vids from the drop in off the top i've still gotta dump some SD cards
