Well, looks like both Portugal and Denmark will be fighting for the second spot in Group B!!! I know where i'll be Sunday after the coffee meet. lol f*ck Father's day, i'll celebrate that in the evening hahaha

A couple of occasions when England broke to counter they had tackles by the French that should have blatantly been yellow cards. Offsides were not offside. You could even use the grasslines to see how blatant it was. Not a bad result though considering how weak the England side currently is. But why is Hensderson playing I will never know..? If he is good enough to play then so am I.

As for the Dutch. I actually thought they had a serious chance in this tournament. Talk about egg on my face(or an orange!). Robbin is useless. Way too selfish in the first game and held onto the ball for too long for the final pass. In the German game the Dutch did not know what to do once they got to the opponents penalty box.
The Dutch manager knew it was a hard group, you would think they would have prepared. I was more prepared sitting on the sofa with my drinks, chips & munchies!

Denmark were so close, Portugal were good though. Last game will be awesome... I want Denmark to go through.. total underdogs in this group of death.

I would LOVE if Denmark beat Germany, and Portugal beat Netherlands, and both Denmark and Portugal went through on goal differential!!! hahaha

Denmark would have to win by more than 2 goals which is asking a lot of their 1st team going up against the Germans. Portugal will be up against a Netherlands team that will have something to prove. I hope that for Netherlands sake they don't play Robben and go with Van der Vaart or Kuyt, at least they would pass the ball more often.

I'm looking forward to Sunday's matches and I figure Denmark vs. Germany will end up a tie and Netherlands vs. Portugal will see a lot of fouls and probably end up with the Dutch winning.

Gotta feel sorry for Ireland, they had it tough ever since the groups were drawn up (Spain, Italy & Croatia) but I'll have to give props to their fans. The last 10mins of that game were amazing to listen, hearing everybody singing "The Fields of Athenry" and even the Spanish fans were being considerate... gotta love this sport!!

Didnt get to watch the game but followed play-by-play action on Eurosport and thats all they were mentioning. While Spain was dancing with the ball, Ireland fans where dancing, singing and cheering louder than ever. I have huge respect for those fans, standing behind their team all the way even after a 4-0 loss and an elimination from the tournament. A tip of the hat to the Irish!!!

For sure they got beaten pretty bad but took it on the chin and were just happy to be a part of it all, that being said Spain is looking pretty strong, could have easily been much more than 4-0.
