Today i decided to park in parallel parking, lucky me it was icy and slippery, and very uneven. So i back in, fine. I want to straighten out, ooops. Car is stuck. After some fidgeting with a combination of wheel turns, forward and reverse methods, and some rocking action going, i was free, but got stuck again, slid to the rear, and touched the honda behind me. Buddy decided to have a front plate on this car, with the screws half way in, so it scratched up my rear, and did nothing to him, i just cleaned his plate for him.
So I made good use of VW 24hr road side assistance, 30 mins later, got pulled out for free.
edit:
What is the lesson? The city is at fault in every way as long as all four tires where in contact with the road surface. I can forgive them if only 3 were, let alone 2.
