For sure glass products, tire black, detailing spray, clay bar you can buy anywhere. Walmart carries the same stuff too, or Superstore, Auto Value, NAPA, wherever.
But polish, glazes, waxes, sealants, leather care, interior protectants - no way. The good stuff is SO much better once you've tried it. Mother's / Meguiar's I'd say is a big step down for all of these things.
Agree 303 is good stuff but I haven't seen it around town in years. Einszett and Poorboy's are the same if not better.
Lots of great options and suggestions for the products, but what about the accessories for the tool itself? I've always relied on the product to do the work, but the foam applicator pads play a roll as week, don't they?
Going to try Sam's as suggested by BaggedGLI as it is close to work.
Thoughts on favorite sizes for the pads? (I'm regretting this wording already, please stay on topic).
I bought some 303 at AutoValue on 16th last summer (or was it the summer before?). Ether way, it was recent enough where I'm not out of it yet. I think the place is called AutoValue, it was a parts store with a blue and yellow building, very Swedish flag looking. I'd give them a call.
