Yes - off the bat I am an idiot!
Saturday I went hiking in K-Country so my BF drove us out there and while we were waiting for our friends (who thankfully have a truck - you can see where this is going...) we decided to play with the traction control in the parking lot. Creating a lot of ice as we went - anyway, we moved to another part of the parking area to wait for them and there was another vehicle coming up - we had to move over a little bit to give them room. We slid off the road into a ditch.
The car was nose first right hand side retarded now at about 30degree angle.
Could not open my door due to snow bank so i had to climb over the e-brake and shifter and pull myself out of the car on the drivers side.
Thankfully the tow hitch is on the back 'cause we were only going to come out one way - backwards.
Happy ending - our friends had a tow line and were able to pull us out. Maybe it's time for a Toureg, lol!
Sigh...... when do we learn that usually when you muck about with your car you usually like a royal jackass once done.
