Just have to vent. I've been stuck in my condo since 11:30 now. The garage door broke, Creative Doors was called to do the repair, they said 2 hours wait time, and here we are at 10 to 3 with no one in sight.
I'm livid, as is anyone else stuck in this building right now. I definately recommend that anyone in need of emergency overhead door repair stay as far away from them as possible. This takes the cake though, I went to give them a call and see where the supposed repairm people might be, call the tool free number and you're redirected to a number that will cost you $4.99 per call. I guess the longer it takes and the more people get fed up the greater the chance of making some money when people call in for an update.
