Hey guys,

I blew out my knee (torn MCL and minor damage to ACL) on Wednesday at Castle Mtn so I'm done for the session and well I got two Louise cards to sell one is on a free day while the other is one day from a free day. If your interested I'd like to get $60 for the both of them. Let me know if your interested.

Going to Louise tomorrow with a friend. We have room for one more in the car or you can meet us at the hill to join up for a few runs. I'll have my radio on 4:20 *cough* *cough* or you can IM me tonight and I'll send you my cell number. We'll be riding everything from the odd green to double black depending on conditions so everyone's welcome. Should be a good day.

i was just up at monashee powder cats, would have been an amazing trip if not for the class 3.5 avi that ripped through and took out our guide and a photographer who worked for monashee.
the avi took them both about 500-600 meters downhill and one was buried a good 1 1/2 to 2 meters below the snow. luckily we were able to dig her out, i was the 2nd person to her with beacons out searching and we were able to probe her on the 3rd or 4th try. she was purple when we got down to her but shortly after we got her some room to breath, she started blinking her eyes but was not communicating at all. luckily the other guide wasnt as deep and was dug out by a few other people in our group. needless to say, if you are in the backcountry, make sure you are prepared! beacon, probe and shovel WILL save your life!

If anyone is interested, I will be doing this^^^^^^ on Friday. I have a freeday at louise that I need to use up, and with an estimated temperature of High 0 Low -5, it seems this should be a good day to ride. Let me know if you are off work/school and interested!

We went to Sunshine yesterday and they had awesome coverage. Definitely the fewest rocks I've ever seen on opening day.
